Haha! Well, it's a little intimidating when the first "fight" breaks out, and you have to quickly go through and edit/delete posts... but the super mods are always ready to answer your questions, if you're not sure about whether or not you should do something. Be sure to memorize the manual, so you don't have to keep re-reading it. xD And of course, you can always PM me with your questions, since I've been a forum mod since December and have had tons of practice. =P

Congrats on your new position as a forum moderator for R&D! =D It's a busy forum... both post-wise and report-wise... so definitely check in once per day if you can! I'm looking forward to learning more about you. =) I've seen your posts in the past, so I know you'll continue to offer fantastic support along with your moderator duties!
