- I'm a pre-everything ftm transgender. I don't use testosterone and haven't gotten surgery. I do, however, very passibly crossdress, chest bind, and live my life as a guy, etc, though I haven't come out to my parents, but I plan to soon.
Transgender: A transgender is a person who is either female/male and just doesn't feel right being that sex. They feel the gender they are is not right, and that they should be the opposite sex or just not have a gender at all.
I'm also pansexual.
