No doctor would make a teen take medications because it is literally impossible to make them take it. You haave to want it. Probably a great option for you instead of medical treatment which you don't want is counselling. Your school has a counsellor right? It is a totally relaxed atmosphere and a lot of the bad stories you hear are probably wrong.

I know I was proved wrong.

Aah, that Maths kid . Wiki is an awesome nickname haha. No matter what the stories say, General is hard. We're doing depreciation right now, bluh. Annuities before that, even worse. I'm writing this in Legal right now haha. We're talking about getting sprayed in the face with water druing nap time in primary school. True story LOL .

On that note, I shall probably close this thread and sign off. I'll talk to you soon.

    Hamed Khatiz <3.

P.S. Do you send lovehearts to your friends when you write them messages? I used to do it all the time in Facebook messages but it looks really wierd having these huge, big red lovehearts in the middle of a serious message haha.

Oh, three hours not two, I do General Maths haha . Over the course of my life I have been called Ritz, Kat, Immio, Rocka and recently Zizz. Hahahaha, love the "woman" one, which creative genious came up with that haha ?

Our year group has some good ones, my friend Xav is called "Bubs", soemone else has got "Tazziee" and this girl in my English class is named "Squishy" (totally my favorite LOL)

You don't have to be diagnosed with Depression to know you have it. When you feel smashed all the time and can't find the motivation to get out of bed, you know something's up. I'm fortunate, I know when I have a bad day, it's quickly overlapped by training, beautiful friends or MUSIC!!!!

Wow, that is a long journey. Two hours?! On a train, that's from my home to the Sydney CBD and back the other way to school haha. Oh right, I forgot, her Pagan name is Erin. . Do you have any nicknames or alternative names at all?

How long has it been since you were diagnosed? I have never been diagnosed but I think I might have it on a very minor scale. I was seriously hit late last year. Before the holidays, every day was really bad. The summer holdiays came around and by the time I returned to school, I was pretty much on top of the world.

Do you think your Depression is a seasonal thing, like it comes back and goes at certain times?

It doesn't take much to make a mother smile .

Totally. My friend Tariq, when he sees me otuside the counsellor's office or when I talked about losing my friend, he's always like "why do you need a counsellor?". "If my friend dogged me, I wouldn't care" and I'm like to him "you have no fucking clue man aha."

The thing is, Depression is something most people don't know. Looking at my recent blog post, "You Never Know Everything."

Eh, same here! Half my music is from there LOL. Including this awesome song by my favorite band: When the Lights Die by Boyce Avenue . I was going link it but I remember you told me it's blocked LOL.

Aha, I have heard it before though, your friend Erin uses that too hahaha.

Six AM! I hate it when you wake up naturally at a ridiculous time. I used to wake up naturally at four. My body hates me aha. I can't wake up that time either. No one is on FB, the school opens at seven and my mum would be like "WTF, what are you doing awake?" LOL, so there is nothing to do but just lie there aha.

Mother's Day was on Sunday, how'd you enjoy it? Do anything special for her. I made my mum eggs and had Ferrere Rochers (?) with her at night .

Yeah, it does feel like you're making things worse because you don't know how it feels to be in that position (to be depressed and stuff like that). But the big thing is to acknowledge how they feel and how bad this is for them. The worst thing you can say is "it's not that bad" when you're talking to someone like that.

"What about you?" You mean, what are the most out of my comfort zone topics?

For me, I have done Women's Health and Child Behavior and let me tell you something, those are not the kinds of questions I usually get. I find myself a litte bit lost so I don't know if what I'm saying even helps these people.

I usually tend to stick with the same topics. Training and Exercise, a bit of Relationships and Dating (especially breakups) and Depression (so long as they are not too triggering.) Those are my strong points, definitely.

You're not allowed to recommend another site on here, hey? If yes, I came across an amazing new music sharing site over the weekend, loving it right now. If no, , I'll give you the name if I'm allowed to. Awesome site, beautiful tracks.

Haha, I just woke up, I needed that LOL. BIG DAY. big day.

I have two free sessions today! Yay.

TTFN, Ellie, I'm going to sign off with this thing called a lock dance. I have no idea what it is or what it means but it looks really cool haha.

I used to be on here a lot was even a HelpLINK Mentor 26/3/2012- 4/11/12, and a Buddy from 13/7/2013- 27/12/2013 then my activity had to dwindle down because of personal problems and a few other things. Now I'm hoping to get another volunteer staff position and help as many people as possible.

If you've got a problem, don't hesiate to pm/vm me if you wish.
