My name is Hollie and I'm a Community Mentor here. I wanted to stop by and welcome you to TeenHelp. This is an amazing site full of very helpful people, so I hope you will find a safe place and the support you need here. I can see you've already found the support forums, which is great news as they're one of the main ways to receive advice here. Why not think about intorducing yourself over in the Arrivals and Departures forum sometime? It's a great way to get to know some of the other people using the site.

There are a few other ways you can reach out for support and advice on the site as well as the forums. HelpLINK is an anonymous and confidential way to receive detailed support away from the forums, from volunteer staff here. There is also a chatroom which uses Discord and it's usually pretty active! You can receive support there, but it's also a really good way to meet other people and talk about absolutely anything. Feel free to pop by sometime if you like.
