Getting there then lol. Unfortunately yes I am, although it can be as much of an irritation as an interest if I'm honest! Good to hear you got a bit of chill time this weekend, marks an improvement on last weekend if nothing else. Know what you mean, the weeks are just flying by now - can't believe it's nearly the middle of April already. Hope you have a good journey there tomorrow and enjoy your definitely well-earned break.

Sounds like a good plan - leaves one less thing to worry about while you're there. Yeah I'm the same with packing, I'll get an idea of what I need and make sure I know where it all is, but I'll leave the packing itself as late as I can get away with so it's not all sitting around in the suitcase. Works well enough unless it's the morning of the day we're going, then it's not so great. Will probably be doing some more work on the garden and then possibly visiting my cousin in hospital but otherwise just enjoying the sun really before it all starts again on Monday! On the plus side Formula One's back on again so that's something lol. You got much else lined up apart from the shopping and packing or taking it easy as much as possible before you go?

Lol well done - probably felt like the longest 37 hours ever but you got there. Sorry to hear you're feeling a bit under the weather though, hope you're better before you head off to Center Parcs. Have been home alone as well, still feels a bit strange even at my age for some bizarre reason lol - think I'm just used to having people around from uni days! Yeah was very warm here as well (makes a nice change lol), hoping it carries through to the weekend - which after the crap day I had at work I am very much looking forward to! You got much left to sort out before you go?

Hey no worries - I'm well versed in computer problems so understand completely lol. That's the spirit, just think after tomorrow you'll be over halfway there. Fingers crossed the weather holds up then but if all else fails it'll be a well-earned break. Work's going okay thanks, if anything it's been quieter again - still enough to keep going but less manic than the last month or so. Am wondering whether it's settling into more of a routine or whether there is actually something about to throw a spanner in the works - probably completely the wrong attitude to take but I've been there before!

It's a step in the right direction if nothing else - all you need now is the not-doing-anything bit and you're sorted. Best way to think of it is it's only 5 shifts and once they're out of the way you can have as much chill time as you want - and Center Parcs is definitely good for that, believe me lol. Which one are you going to? I've been to the Sherwood Forest one twice and really enjoyed it (well except for the falling out of a canoe in the middle of a lake bit but you can't have everything lol!). Back's not too bad thanks, didn't give me any grief this morning although now I've been to the gym today that may not last very long. (I never learn ) Glad to hear you had a good day at Thorpe Park, I'll admit I get a bit queasy on some rides after some rides as well but it's good you got a chance to just stop and have fun for once. You're welcome - I've been there a fair few times and I know how much it knocks you for six. In that case here's another one for good measure! Yeah back in tomorrow, last week was a bit quieter and more manageable than usual so hoping it's the start of an upward trend!

That sucks - I'm really sorry it's been such a crap week. Was really hoping you'd get to have your part-time week as it sounded like you'd earned one to put it mildly! Yeah there's no need for people to be like that, I know it can be a stressful environment but even so...main thing is not to take it to heart. Fingers crossed it'll be better next week and you'll get the time to yourself that you want. I'm okay thanks, end of month was manic as usual but generally stress level is better and have helped my dad do some gardening today so feeling pretty good, although my back may not be so happy with me tomorrow. How was the day at Thorpe Park itself?
And because it sounds like you could use a hug:

Hey how are things going? Hope you managed to stick to your part-time week and didn't get dragged in last minute or anything lol. Saw your post on FB about going to Thorpe Park - will admit I felt ever so slightly jealous about that sitting in the office!

Funnily enough I did just have to change the clocks in my car - managed to drive all the way to the gym and back without realising they were an hour behind. Fail. To be fair given you were doing a stocktake until 3am yesterday and worked almost double your contract hours I'd say you earned a lazy day lol! Hope everything goes well next week.

Yeah that sounds like a pretty good reason to make sure you get rid of the cold/infection lol! Has to be said it was quite funny when you said you're "only doing part-time" given that's all you're supposed to be doing in the first place. Hope it clears up soon anyway without getting to the chest infection stage. Yeah I'll be back in tomorrow, not sure how well that'll go with the clocks having gone forward and having been to the gym this evening so giving myself as little time to recover as possible (I'm my own worst enemy sometimes lol) but hey, such is life! You had a good day off?

That is one hell of a stocktake - can't blame you for feeling tired after that lol! Am pretty impressed you managed to get up at 8 all things considered, I'd probably have stayed in bed until midday given the chance! At least you can relax a bit now it's done. You back in again tomorrow?
