im a guy i should not be scared but im so fragile i take everything to heart , im scared of nearly everything in this world , i cant make friends, i say sorry like every second word
i always lie about like what music i like and what i find funny not on TH but i ment like at school and around other people if someone asks me what music i like i get nervous and think i shouldn't say what if they hate me cause of it , some one at school yesterday we had to do speeches and my turn came up i just run out and i cryied but i dwelled on that moment for the last week , and every second of everyday theres a voice in my head saying to me "your not worthy , your a fuck up , go die , run away , dont even try , you will fail , look at you waste of time , go do it jump , why are you still here your usless, you dont deserve friends " that some of what the voice says in my head

why am i scared of everything last night i went to the toilet in my house and i was scared i had to turn on all the lights and i was panicky
i thought some one was going to attack me
when i got to the toilet i locked the door than when i was done run back to my room and i felt so scared why ??
