- My name is Kaycee and I know I'm not as young as I used to be. I first found this sight many years ago all though I stopped coming on this sight and in the end had to make a new profile because I cannot remember my info that I had used many years go and I have changed e mail address since then. to some extent it helped me in the quest to find a healing path I came back because I missed having someone or really many people to get options from and because I also like to help the many people that suffer from similar issues that I’ve dealt with through the years.
Years ago I had severe depression and still suffer from it however back than what brought me to the sight was my addiction to cutting. I was completely depended upon and in my worst times I couldn’t go a day without cutting. When I found out I was pregnant I stopped for a long time. At this point I had to stop coming to TeenHelp because it had become a trigger. So I had to leave in order to walk the road to recovery. Three years went by and I didn’t cut and then one day… I slipped. It was just a few cuts, that’s how it always starts, now it’s not as bad as it once was but could very well become that again if I do not become very aware of myself and my actions.
Now I’ve come back to TeenHelp mostly to help others out there that are going through things that I have in the past. I want to help as many people as I possibly can so I’ve added my SN to aol and yahoo if anyone at any time needs to just talk to someone I want you to know that I’m here to listen I won’t judge and you will not her me say stupid shit like “I completely understand” that was one phrase that got on my everlasting nerve. Why would that simple phrase get on my nerves? Well because unless and until you have walked in my shoes you can never COMPLEETLY understand. At best most I can to do anyone is relate to.
Well I’ve rambled enough for one section. I just hope that I can help even just one person on here as few did for me all those years ago.
