    I'm actually getting them on St. Patrick's Day hopefully! I'm pretty excited. I'm just a bit worried about the pain. :/ What did it feel like for you?
    Oh, and the Raconteurs are FANTASTIC.

    You're welcome man ^^ I really like them. There aren't that many good bluesy-rock bands out there anymore.
    I think that's awesome. I hate it when people learn the guitar and then they only learn the shitty songs. It annoys me.

    Awesome - good to hear back from you. The Live Help Operators don't have certain times that they're online, but they are volunteers, so its kind of just a "when they have time to sign in" type thing. (which means random times for users looking to use the system...but we're working on making the system more accessible!) However, there are a few other options. HelpLINK is as anonymous as you'd like for it to be. Its not live (like a chat room setting), but you are guaranteed a response (up to three!) from our HelpLINK Mentors. For more ways of obtaining advice or support, check out this thread, which further details your options!

    Also, while I'm here, I've been a Live Help Operator since December 2007. While I don't have too much time to log into the actual system anymore, if there's something you want to talk about, please feel free to Private Message me anytime, and I'll usually get back to you fairly quickly.     I'm Katrina. I saw that you were new, so I just wanted to stop by and welcome you to the forums.
