I know what you mean, but not only that I think the work is all worth it to have such a strong bond with her (: 'cause based on what you said she's very very attached to you. I mean, if you didn't have to do all the work and just rode her it wouldn't be the same, ya'know?

Haha, I just don't really have the time for it sucks so bad. I'm hopeful that someday I may be able to own a horse or two of my own though. I hope! :3

I'd love it if I could start riding with eiher one of my grandmas horses, but I'd have to retrain 'em to the saddle and bridle and well...everything really!
Though I'm fairly confident with her quarter Arab mix it'd be no problem really. That horse is attached to me :P lol
I just don't go over to her house as much anymore

only thing about the two of them is they're pretty old (like...mid-late 20s I think) so even if they had continued to be ridden over the years I wouldn't ride them. I stick to groundwork when I'm messing with them :P but for real, he's a sweetie pie<3

Arabians are gorgeous too! My grandma has a purebreed Arabian and a quarter-Arabian mix. The quarter Arabian is my buddy<3 and it's funny 'cause he isn't gelded but he's really well behaved, not all crazy like some stallions tend to be :3 I can do pretty much anything with him (: haha

And psh, don't even! It's always the people who say "I'm OK working with horses..." hat are pure win. The ones that are like "omg you guyz, I'm like so ah-maze-un wurkin with horses" are average-awful.
