I'm glad to know you'll do it. Do you have any idea what you'll write about yet? This time last year I started developing my story.
Oh, that book does sound good. I hate ones that say, 'This is how we do it, and therefore that's the only way to do it'.
Most people on here are incredibly nice, and give nothing but positive comments, so I wouldn't be shy about posting.
How are you finding TH so far? Enjoying it?

It stands for National Novel Writing Month, which is exactly what it sounds like (except, you know, being international ). It's in November each year, and basically you have to write a 50,000 + word novel in that month. It's always challenging, but really fun, and so worth it. The emphasis is on quantity, not quality, so you can basically go nuts.
Hm, I've never heard of that book. I generally don't look at 'how to' books for writing, and when I do I disregard their suggestions anyway. But it does sound good. Writing exercises can be quite fun.
I'm glad you posted in SE! It took me a while to work up to posting in there. I thought people were going to tear my work apart. But people here are really nice. I've posted a few threads in SE. If you want, I can give you the links, or you can have fun trying to find them.

I'm kind of the same as you. I'll write about anything, and in any form. Usually stories, sometimes poems, the odd song or two.
Have you ever done NaNoWriMo? I have, the past two years, and it's great fun. Counting down the days until the next one.
How you wrote from different people's points of view sounds really cool. I might have to steal that idea sometime, if you don't mind?
I'd love to read something you've written. Have you posted anything in the Self Expression forum? If not, I'd definitely recommned it. If so, I'm going to go and read it.

    Hey.
I welcomed you in your A&D thread, in case you don't recognise me.
What kind of things do you like writing about?
I love writing, and it's always nice to meet others who do too.
