There has always been someone there, I fail to notice someones presence, I feel alone, I dont notice them holding there hand out, I am alone, but I fail to notice.. no matter what has happened, no matter what I put u through u sticked around. I didnt always take advantage of u being there, as there are many people who wish they had someone there. Sometimes u dont realize whats there til its gone. Sometimes u dont care since u never depended on it. Sometimes.. You have to notice what there is, and make the best of it. Enjoy what u have, since nothing does last forever.

i know, and i'm not going to try to sugar coat it and say it's easy, because it's not. but it's possible, and that's what matters. it takes hard work, willpower, and a strong support system, and you may slip up at times, but trust me - if you really want to stop, you can do it. millions of people have, and millions will in the future. you can do this. i have faith in you. all of us at TH are here to catch you if/when you fall <3
