well, i wouldn't expect you to make progress that quickly. and it can't be completely your fault. you need someone to vent to, and seeing as how she's (i think you said best friend) your friend, she should be there to listen, but that's just my opinion. but i do understand getting a bit annoyed. yeah...i dunno...my only advantage is that i don't know any of my cousins, but i'm glad you got her to say that she should talk to you. she probably needs another persons perspective. hopefully she'll help you too. how old is she? and you?

well, i'm glad you're doctors appointment went well, and i hope you're making some progress. also, i'm sorry she abandoned you. most people can't handle people who cut for too long, but i'm also glad that you two worked it out. and i have absolutely no idea what i would do if I found out my cousins were cutting. xP how are you handling it?

i usually hate councilors, but mine is...alright. and i hope your experience of telling your doctor this will help. and define abandoned? if it's what i think, i know what you mean. my best friend "abandoned" me last week, but now we're friends again.

Yeah, councilors are weird. I'm glad that your friend stopped, and I hope one day you will too, although I'm a hypocrite, I believe in my advice working. And the analogy that I used to say was that it felt like an earthquake was exploding on top of me, and I felt like I was the person trying to hold up the entire world. But the main substitute that I've found for not cutting is music, and also that if you slip just a tiny bit, then you're gone, and imagine how the people you care about will feel. But I do understand how cutting helps.

I don't see why she would think that you would say she's like a freak if you cut as well. But most people who are councilors don't understand why we cut. and was she a frequent cutter? i didn't say anything to my friend, because i just looked at her arm, and saw it while we were hanging out. and you've gotten worse as in, you've been cutting worse?
