CLICK ME. The price on that is exactly why. I didn't see the point in paying £10 for a small book I knew I would never use because it was an open learning course I was never actually assessed on. I was just given the books and then nothing else happened. <3

Well, kinda. Depression was always 'stalking' me, especially hitting me now along with anger. BUT I'm better when I pain/draw or sing. Doesn't always work, so I SH instead(in rare cases). Sorry if this is too much information.
I'll see, as for the recording. My video recorder isn't sharp for sounds though.
