Oh right. It doesn't get super warm here. It's decent warm and I can actually go out in clothes. I understand you, though. My granny lives in a hotter place than I do and when I visit her, I literally never leave the house unless I am dragged out by my cousin.

Haha, true. Maybe when you actually end up doing something in the coming days we will remember to tell each other. I haven't been socializing much these days since classes and studies take up time. I am also back home while most of my friends, the one's I made in the city continued living these. My closest friends in my hometown are out of town for internships while the other close one is acting kinda weird so I haven't been able to meet up with the rest because idk how I will take it if he is around and behaves weirdly.

I haven't been outside my country but I have seen pictures of the Grand Canyon. I am jealous. It looks like a great place to visit.

I am okay with sweets. I go through phases where I indulge and then can't stand sweets for days. Yay, I always look for a roommate who can cook so I don't have to do that part of the work.

It most definitely is. The entire process ends in April. I won't know until then if I have got the admission or not!

I spent a lot of time with those closest to me. We had dinner and cake.

I like the warmth, tbh. I can't bear the cold and the gloomy weather is just so meh.

Oh well. Guess some random things are same irrespective of where people are. I live on the third floor and I never use my phone near the window or on the balcony. I have actually had nightmares where I dropped my phone from the top. Sometimes I feel it really did happen at one point, I am not sure. Lol.

But the frosting makes the cake sweet. The cake part is so yum. I don't really like kitchen work. When I lived alone, I'd order in or eat at the office cafeteria. When I am at home my mom cooks, she loves cooking so I don't have to bother. I'd rather clean than cook.

Wow. I couldn't imagine life without rains. How is the weather all year round for you? Is it the same or does it change often? I hope the drought ends, I can understand it being hard. <3

Well, typical activities would include hitting the mall, club hopping, window shopping (because shopping always is way too expensive) and other regular stuff. There are a few things my friends and I do. We have a huge lake where we live, so we buy food, take it out on the paddle boat and eat it on the middle of the lake on the boat. Fun fact: None of us have a picture on the boat because we are terrified that our phone will fall into the water. We also do other stuff, I don't remember right now but I will definitely tell you in the VMs to follow.

That is so great. I can bake a plain cake but I cannot do the frosting part. I messed it up and I am not a very big fan of cream and frosting so it works for me. Do you bake?

Actually, I was able to answer it based off work experience. I can explain it in my own way if they ask me to but I am hoping they don't ask specifics. If they read out a sentence I could explain why I wrote it or if they ask for the general overview of what I wrote, so I am hoping they don't complicate it.

I love the rain too but here we have upto 3 months of monsoons/rainy season after summer and it does get annoying after a while. I can bear the getting drenched but I hate the mud and the dirty water that cars splash around.
I can understand. A few relaxed hours in between a busy schedule are definitely always welcome. Random little things can be fun. You should tell me all about it because I have a feeling random little things differ from place to place and it will be interesting to exchange notes.

What flavour cake was it?

Well, tbh I don't know. We had 2 parts. The objective was decent. The descriptive questions screwed us over. We were told to prepare for a statement of purpose, which is pretty darn easy to write for me since I have worked in the sector. But they asked us a factual question with our point of view and it took me a while to think it out. Problem is they are going to discuss the essay during the personal interview round and I can't even remember what I wrote.

I am sorry your plans had to be postponed due to the weather. Rain can be a spoil sport at time but relaxing is fun too especially since you have a busy schedule on other day.
