Physically ask for help in the chat room, there are always Staff in there and the general users will help you out too.

Anymore problems give me a shout! And stay strong, maybe PM me or any other Buddy the users being rude to you names and we'll have a word

Hi there dear, I just read your thread in bugs and suggestions. I think that TeenHelp is having technical difficulties with its live help system at the moment. You should try calling more than once and see if you can get through that way. Our LHO are always willing to help and would never knowingly ignore a call. I'm sorry that you feel as though you want to leave, but I'm sure that wouldn't help you much. Also, if people are being rude to you in chat, remember to report them and the incident will be looked into further by our dedicated team of volunteers. You could always use the forums or HelpLINK to get advice and support on anything you're struggling with. PM me if you ever need anything.
