I'm assuming by forum you mean thread? Correct me if I'm wrong.
You can go to your user profile, and there should be a heading that says 'Statistics'. Click on that, and then you'll find options to 'Find all posts by [username]' or 'Find all threads started by [username]'. You can also go to the forum you posted in (I checked on yours, and in that case it would be Relationships & Dating) and click on your thread title there.
Another thing you can do, so it's easy to tell if somebody has replied to your thread, is subscribe to it. You just go into your thread, and there'll be a title called 'Thread Tools'. One of the options is to subscribe; you can choose to have an email notification of new replies to the thread, if you want.
