My name is Hollie and I'm a buddy here. We're the users with the lime green names and we're responsibly for making sure that everyone here knows what they're doing and what's going on. I know that being a new member here can be intimidating for some people and often confusing as well and it took me a while to get used to it. So if you have any questions, concerns, or even just want to have a chat with someone, you're welcome to hit the 'reply' button and message me. I'm always happy to help should you need anything and I'm not a bad person so I wont bite.

It's great that you've started posting, so I hope this means you're getting somewhere with working out what is what around here. Have you checked out any of the other features? I notice that in your About Me section it says you're here because you need help for a problem, and I want you to know there are many ways other than the forums (although that are an incredible way of getting advice!) that you can use to help you. For example, maybe you can check out the LiveHelp system when it's online? It's a one on one IM service which connects you with an operator who can talk to you about whatever you need support with. As well as this, maybe you could check out the chatroom sometime. I'm a chatmod there and I personally love it when a new member comes and says hi. We're a friendly bunch and it's not only a great way to get advice, but also to make friends. I know I've made plenty there.

Anyway, I'll stop rambling now. Remember that if you need anything, I'm only a message away. More than anything though, remember that TeenHelp is a site where you don't need to pretend. Be yourself, because here we think that's perfectly good enough. I'm sure you'll get on fine, but as I said, if you need anything I'm happy to help.
