Try taking your meds with water and then quickly follow it with a yogurt. Sometimes it can need a little help getting down- especially in the mornings. Also, if you have ever OD'ed this can happen...

Lol I'm trying my hardest to not let it come in contact with anything other than soap and water and savlon as little as possible so it doesn't pull the colour out. =D Would be devistated if it did!!
