Users on staff who haven't been active in a long time.
I see the Discord server has four Chat Mods that haven't been active — logged in but never engaging in the server — for over a year. I notice there are several other volunteer staff users that haven't logged in for a long time.
Is there a reason they haven't been removed from staff? I feel that by keeping them on, it's inaccurately portraying who is available to provide what service on TeenHelp.
If it's a concern with reducing the number of visible volunteers — whether or not they've been active in the last six months or year — then would it be possible to promote open volunteer positions on the Discord server or social media platforms?

I'll look into this issue, however we do not actively check Staff activity in the way you describe, so it's possible there are inactive Staff members who we have not noticed. I have reviewed all Staff members and the overwhelming majority were recently active as far as I can tell. I am not willing to discuss the performance of specific TeenHelp volunteers further as it's not the concern of other members.
We are always accepting new Staff applications and there are a range of roles, including Chat roles, which are currently open to all members to apply for here: http://www.teenhelp.org/volunteer/
