Hi, it’s great that you’ve gone 10 days without self harming . Be proud of yourself for that because it’s not easy. Have you checked out the alternatives to self harm post in this forum? There’s lots of great alternatives in the post .
I find keeping a fidget toy with me at all times is helpful as then I have the urge to skin pick ( I’ve got dermatillomania) I can use a fidget toy to like keep my hands busy instead.

I scratch and cut myself, and I'm trying to avoid going back to the Ed(ive been like 15 times for mental health reasons in the past 10 months). I struggle from an eating disorder and I've been falling back into those habits as well...what do I do?[/size][/color][/font][/size][/color][/font]
