I hope that you can try to write another blog and this time it does not disappear. When we dream about different things, it is what is on our minds sometimes and we have been thinking about this for a while. When you go to sleep, try to think about something else that is happy if you can. I hope you will be okay soon.

WhisperingSilence	Re: hii im looking for friends and want to talk to yall Hi, it’s normal to have dream about self harm. I have had them a few times and while these dreams can be distressing and triggering remember that it is only a dream. Have you spoke to a therapist or councillor about the dreams etc as that may help, also they may be able to give you some coping techniques and strategies for those moments when you want to self harm. I find keeping a box of fidget toys helps me a lot as if my hands are occupied with a fidget toys etc I am less likely to self harm.

wannabe_singer	hii im looking for friends and want to talk to yall IVE BEEN WRITING A BLOG FOR 30 MINUTES AND IT DISSAPIRED AAAAAAAAAAAA but ill start again and do it shorter cause you will wont read it anyway or maybe ill write it other day if somebody wants to write with me about theirs experience i will be really happy ive been struggling for the past 5 years or maybe longer im starting 16 month of being clean and for the past like 3 months i really cant stop thinking about doing it again. I had 2 dreams about a perfect, not even bleeding wound with fat out (probably because thats the deepest i went) i always wanted to go as deep as edited . im taking meds for my OCD but i think its not workihng anymore and i should go to therapy but im scared it wont work for me because all of my therapists i had(2) didnt really helped me. I still kind of want to try. Im looking forward for the respondes, i really want to talk to you all<3
