Re: physical issue turned mental
This is actually normal for panic disorder and is a big part of how the condition actually works. Typically, panic attacks come on via a feedback of anxiety and somatic symptoms. One time I was convinced I had a heart attack and went to the urgent clinic (fortunately not ER as that would be pricey in the US). One thing that may help is beta blockers. They block the effect of adrenaline on beta adrenergic receptors, lessening the physical (though not mental) symptoms of anxiety. While not actually true anxiety medication, they can work as an adjunct med for panic disorder (sometimes they can work by themselves) by interrupting the mental->physical-> mental loop.
And fortunately, panic disorder itself often goes away but is often a sequela of another more general anxiety disorder.

It's okay if you want to get a second opinion. My symptoms are mostly from anxiety and yours totally could be too, but if you aren't sure of the diagnosis it may be worth talking to your primary care provider and asking what tests can be run to rule out any physical causes of the symptoms.

Re: physical issue turned mental
I would suggest talking to your parents, a teacher at school, or another trusted adult. There's nothing wrong with having to take medication, especially if that medication helps with symptoms and it seems to be helping you right now. Wishing you the best of luck!

When you have time, try talking to your school counselor or parents about this and let them help you so that you will be okay soon. They will be able to help you.

physical issue turned mental
So, sometimes I experience lightheadedness, dizziness, shakiness, tremors, etc. Most people told me it could be POTS or Orthostatic Hypertension. Turns out it's just a panic disorder. I feel like it's misdiagnosed since it happens when I stand mainly and laying down helps, but I don't know. I do experience lots of unexpected panic attacks so it could just be that. I'm taking medications for it, but it's so fucking annoying to have. My anxiety has been a lot better, and I kinda alive afrad of having another panic attack, and while I was inpatient they just said that it's a panic disorder, not a physical issue. Or well, not only physical.
