We can only encourage safe action, such as getting medical help or seeking out therapy and telling your parents.
Can I ask what is making you want to die? Talk it out, feel free to post on the forums using your regular TH username or you can continue to use the TH Anonymous feature. The website offer a blog for each user, so you can write on there as well. You can set it to private, so only moderators and contacts can view it, and you can shut off commenting if you don't want responses to your entries.

I would strongly encourage you to get help, and soon. Dez and Emmie provided extremely useful tips and resources. Suicide is final, there's no coming back from a successful suicide attempt. While you'll be free of your pain, the people you leave behind won't be. They'll have to live with the guilt wondering what they could've done to save you or wondering why you did what you did without asking for help.
Ambulances can be expensive, but call an Uber or a Lyft rideshare service. Talk to your parents and have them take you to the emergency room, or a friend to do it if you don't want to tell your parents. You have a boyfriend, I'm sure he'd be more than happy to help you out during this time and think of how he'd feel when he goes to school Wednesday morning and find out you died.
I'm not trying to make you feel guilty or shame those who take their lives; but there are other options out there besides death.

Telling the school would be an amazing step. I think the fact you're thinking about telling them at all is a good sign that at least a part of you doesn't want to go through with this. You can tell them in a similar way to how you told us and even tell it to them in writing if you think it would make things easier. I've told trusted people in the form of a letter before and it really does help get things out if you're nervous.

I think it would be really beneficial for you to call a suicide hotline such as 988 or the text line of 741741. They'd be willing to talk through what you're going through and get you to a safer or more stable place for now. I also encourage you to go to your nearest emergency room since you have a plan in place. I know you may not want to be admitted to the hospital but it sounds like you need a higher level of care right now since you have a plan.
