s they have said above the place to go look.
I would say I have goals to work towards. It kinda pushes me to not give in when I need to.
I also think wirting out those bad felings help.
Honestly sounds weird but it worked better than I thought. If you feel the urge to cut and just want that numbing feeling you can take an ice cub and put it on your where you normally do it at. It worked part of the time for me because of the feeling you get.
Since you like to clean maybe get a dry erase board and scribble those angry feelings away and then clean off the board after to keep on doing working through it.
