Your periods can vary even if you have a regular cycle. Considering your age too, there is a chance you're just late.

All that said and done, there is a high chance you could be pregnant, therefore the best option is to get a pregnancy test. If you're mum said that she would be supportive, then use her! Most parents wouldn't be happy to hear their son/daughter is/has gotten someone pregnant so i'd be grateful to have her!

Otherwise, if you're not comfortable with that, you could always go to the doctor where they can perform a pregnancy test there, which is confidential too.
