Yeah except some suscribers never get the emails.  It'd still be handy to have something in the forum saying "Before you ask read this" since having an article still means lots of threads being posted, and I dunno if posting an article link is the best way to deal with them all.
Obviously I'm open to all suggestions, just unsure about an article being the only thing done.
