Keep in mind, back pain is a common symptom for PMS, as well.
I would say your chances are slim to none, but you could go ahead and take a test now since your period is due in under a week. Though I would advise testing the day of your expected period (unless it appears, of course), as well. It differs between brands but 6 days before is usually only around 60% accurate.
If you need to, tests from the dollar store are accurate. Just be sure you know what an evaporation line is (it will show after the time is up and it is usually gray or a faded white color). This does NOT mean you are pregnant. It's just part of how some of the tests work. To have a positive test, the line needs to be going the right way, in the right spot, and the right color.
