I finally managed to thank you which I've been meaning to do for over a year now. I wasn't expecting an answer and you replied within 10 minutes. I hope you weren't teaching or waiting for a more important message from somebody. It obviously meant more to me than it did to you, but I knew that. I don't think you fully understand the impact you had, but I hope my thank you at least made you smile, and I wouldn't mind if you used that as an example in the future like you did with other people for us.
