I agree with everyone else. There is no way in hell that you are pregnant, he washed any semen off AND waited, so the semen would have been dead whether or not he washed it off.
I also agree with Maloo, you should probably educate your self on matters around sex and pregnancy. This way you will be able to avoid any unnecessary freak outs in the future. One good reference I always like is Laci Green (
