Hey, I'm lucky enough not to have any real mood changes when I get mine, (i get them the rest of the time instead!) but my sister turns into a really moody cow! It just seems to depend on the person. I get cramps really badly, my sister gets moody and my mum gets both to a lesser extent. I have friends that just want to chill and eat junk all the time... it's different for everyone, but each is totally normal
