Jews married at your age and earlier, and had fully sexual relationships. In fact, in most cultures the onset of puberty marked the point at which people could get married. The question is not if you are ready at 14, but if you are ready period. Also, you must consider whether you love this girl or not. You don't want to lose it to someone you do not really love. The only way that you will be ready is if you make a decision in a mature manner.
