My complaint today is that I sent in a massive complaint letter for the lack of medical help and treatment I was given, sent this letter via e-mail to the head office who deals with that sorta issue.

Hope my letter comes clear to them from having;

...and clearly stating my concern and lack of medical treatment and help I didn't receive including personal information. Now the wait begin fighting this.
