I know how you feel. Here's what usually helps mine:
- Chocolate - suck on it. The sucking motion pretty much triggers something in your mind that soothes it. Also in the chemical compound of chocolate is an herb that has been known to sooth the pain. (Kinda like Ibuprofen)
- Any herbal tea
- Hot baths
- A lower back massage
- Rubbing salts
- Mortin
These are just some things that help me, of course not all women are the same. But you could try them, one of them might help. (:
