I think this will help me quit smoking. I've tried about 10 times and I've lasted 4 weeks once without a cigarette but its back to square one right now unfortunately
I'm currently on 20 a day.
I plan to be on 10 a day by the 7th August
By the 14th I plan to be on 5.
By the end of August I plan to be cigarette free.
I'm not going to be using any gum or patches because I believe I can do this without it.
