Every time I feel triggered to do so, I either listen to music or start writing everything down. Sometimes I even just take the pencil and the page and start scribbling until the urge is gone.
One thing that I have done recently is write the word inspiration on my arm. I used to wear a white string around my wrist to remind me that I am stronger than the urge, but about a month ago it fell off. I still carry it with me wherever I go though. Writing inspiration is just another little reminder, though.
