The shadows under her eyes
its clear she hasnt slept
shes been crying her eyes out
again over him
the scars on her arms
they each tell a story
they show how many times
she has cried to herself
she walks around with a smile
if they could only see
she's screaming off
inside her head
her life is a lie
she knows the truth
so she doesnt try
and falls to the ground
maybe someday
someone will help her up
but until then;
