this is for you Tina:
Tina was as protective as her sister as a bodyguard
Her shoulders always set hard
She was always there
She always cared
With one glance from her eyes
You knew she was wise
She was like an eagle everyday
She always lead the way
Tina never knew it could change
After all, her sister was always in close range
But all it took was one day
To make there sisterhood decay
It all started with one big fight
Oh boy, wasn't it a sight!
Tina's sister claimed Tina was lying
And now Tina and her sister are crying
They haven't spoken in days
So the tension between them stays
Tina stops and knocks at her sisters door
Though she knows her sister will ignore
Day and day go by
Yet still they will cry
They haven't spoken to each other in weeks
Forgiveness is what they both seek
Tina's sister has made a choice
And decides to listen to her inside voice
Today she will runaway
For with her sister, she cannot stay
Tina's sister leaves a note
And runaway's with her sisters coat
Now Tina is reading this letter
And wishing she could have done better
Please tell me what you think, please don't be too harsh this is a really emotional poem for me.
When I'm sad I think, "I got a jar of dirt, I got a jar of dirt!"
You can't change fate, but you can change your attitude towards it.
