Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
2 frozen bananas
1 cup skim milk
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup oats
4 tbs peanut butter
honey, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes 2 smoothies.
Um. Yes?!
