Dont stress! I would still see a doctor and discuss your options.
Do you have a plan? Does she want to keep the baby, give up for adoption, abortion, ect?
It'll be okay. There is always options out there, and you aren't alone.

So yes, I think the first step is to see a doctor with her and discuss options.
