Had a verrrrry bad breakdown last night, so I went to school exhausted. Like....I felt horrible all day and I even went to the nurse and ugh it was terrible. Got on the bus...had another breakdown. Had a rant with my friend for an hour about how everything about me is horrible. broke down crying. can't concentrate on my homework....altogether shitty day.....
