I know it's frustrating, but I think the best thing is to just let it happen. Also, make sure that you don't make her feel pressured to have an orgasm ~ that doesn't help the situation!!
You could try switching it up and doing lots of things, but try and put the focus on her feeling good, not necessarily her climaxing. My first orgasm came as a total surprise when my boyfriend at the time had been trying to make it happen for eight months ~ and it was through neither fingering, oral, or sex.
