A day and 7.5 hours. Texting my friend who called me over the weekend and put me to sleep telling her I wasn't going to relapse for her helped, I know, I'm supposed to not want to relapse for me, but at least let me start here.... I am for one proud of myself especially because nights that I shower are nights that I relapse, and I didn't tonight.
