Well, you've both gotten into something and have to figure out what you're doing together. If she does not want to give the baby up for adoption then there isn't a whole lot you can do about it because she can keep the child on her own but then you may not be a part of her life anymore. If you love her very much then you should support her and help her through this, as it is probably a terrifying time for her too, not just you. I suggest going out and buying a first time parenting/fathering book and get reading. Make sure to continually support one another and love one another to make the greatest environment for the baby.
