Hi, reading your post it's obvious that you're busy but being busy is part of what could make life social even though employees are older try conversing with them you may learn something in return, try to find younger people or try to found out what your fellow employees like to do for fun, when you do have free time dedicate that time to your boyfriend and if he's busy then dedicate that time to making or hanging with friends.
