a cousin ? no

a fourth cousin : yes, by that point we wouldnt be related really. although some people would be repusled by the word cousin, but if you look at it logically: whether you believe in adam and eve or evolution: we all share a common ancestor and thus we are all technically some form of cousin of each other. so we are all distant relatives of each other .
