yes I am seeing a psychologist at the moment but I dont get to see her often. When I go out I usually get some sort of food thats 'unacceptable' so when I get home I think well I may as well go for it Ive already blown it
I cant get rid of this mindset and whenever Im stressed or upset I binge as a way to deal with it. I dont really have a coping mechanism, can you suggest anything?
