I'm sorry to hear about what happened. The fact that he was molested is not an excuse for him raping you. You need to report him so that he can get the appropriate help.
It is in your best interest to forgive him. Refusing to forgive him will only hurt you in the long run. Forgiving him will also help you deal with what has happened. Forgiving him does not mean that you have to get back together with him. I don't think you should ever get back together with him. However, it is good to have a relationship as parents so that both of you can be in the child's life. I'm glad to hear that you have a new bf. I hope that he is supportive of you.
