I agree with what Brittany says. Try not to beat yourself up about it, we all have relapses. And going 12 weeks without it just proves that you CAN do this. How about aiming for 12 weeks and 1 day next time? (or whatever happens to be one day longer than last time) I know you can do this because you've done it before. The important thing is though is that you're still trying
