If you've had a positive test I'd most certainly say your pregnant. One could have turned up negative due to the time of day you took it, how much water you've had, etc, since its so soon after your missed period.

I'd say go ahead and move forward with whatever plan you may have. If you are keeping the child or putting it up for adoption then go ahead and schedule an appointment with a doctor to confirm the pregnancy and get established. If you are going for the third option, go ahead and make an appointment with a Planned Parenthood or other clinic in your area. They will confirm the pregnancy before any procedure anyway.
