I can take in [EDIT] calories a day and burn them in my activities I run 4 miles a day and one at night...My athletic trainer at school recommend [EDIT] a day cause thats what I burn its has nothing to do with my calories it has to do with my retaining stuff which isnt healthy I had to have a colonoscopy done and I am only 17
